Hotmail and the eris..

Hi, I am looking to get my contacts in on the mail widget. I get my emails in there, but I am looking to have my contacts in there so I can send emails from there too. Is this possible? I know I can switch to my gmail acct, but I have used the hotmail acct for a long time. Any help would be appreciated.

When you compose an email in mail (or gmail) when you start to type a name, suggestions will pop up from your contacts. Is that what you mean?

Your best bet is to import your contacts from hotmail into gmail, and then forward your hotmail to your gmail account so you can continue getting your email, have all your hotmail contacts, and have the full google integration.. Here's a quick search I did on it Importing contacts by CSV - Gmail Help ..

Even if you don't want to switch to gmail you can still use the syncing with contacts
