Hotmail email no longer working?

I haven't been able to get any new emails on my Hotmail (Live) account all day. It was working fine yesterday.

I tried deleting my account from my phone and re-adding it, but it still doesn't work. My Gmail mail still works fine.

Any idea why this would happen? Is Android currently having problems with Hotmail/Live?

I am having similar issue as this, any suggestions?

Perhaps hotmail is having problems with their mail servers. A mail run problem across different phones but same mail server sorta points a finger at hotmail.

I have always get emails to my hotmail-accound with some delay. Might be hours or a day. It is odd for sure. For example if you ask to reset your password, you need to wait even a day or two before you get that email!

And finally, nowadays when im logging to skype or live-account in web, it started asking some security things. Need to be verified with a phone or another email. Been/tried verifying it with another email and it still asking it on everytime Im logging in. They definitely have broken something or messed up.
