Hotmail HELP!!!!!!!

I need help ASAP!!!

I get an email in my Hotmail inbox - great - hit the reply key - no problem - go to start typing my response and - NOTHING!!! I cannot view any text, although my keyboard seems to be working. NUMBERS will show up, but no text or grammatical marks - nothing. What am I doing wrong???

Well it would REALLY help if you gave us some more details here. What phone are you using? What carrier? Are you rooted? Have a custom rom? What email app are you using? Have you tried rebooting the phone?

Hi - oh sorry - Motorola Atrix with Bell. I have tried rebooting - no luck.
I had accessed Hotmail on my web browser (Firefox).
(...no idea what "rooted" or "custom rom" is...)

So you are using firefox? Have you tried the stock browser? I'm not so sure hotmail works on mobile browsers. You may need to use the Mail app to get your hotmail.
