Help Hotspot Limited Connectivity Verizon

So I activated my newly received MXPE on Saturday on VZW and it was much less painful than anticipated. I began a business trip on Monday and now I am in a bind because I didn't think to actually verify that the Hotspot feature was good to go because I could turn it on just fine. Well the only way that I can get it to work is if I USB tether. At least that is something right? I have done some research and can't seem to get a solid answer. I actually as well just got off of the phone with L3 support with VZW and the manager of the agent I was working with actually owns a MXPE themselves and their hotspot works flawlessly apparently. Whenever I turn on the hotspot and then connect I get limited connectivity. If I go into the IP settings I can see that I have a valid looking address, mask, and default gateway yet my Windows 8.1 machine shows no internet. VZW sent a reset signal to my phone which didn't help. I have the network set to LTE/CMDA and have enhanced calling enabled so I am totally at a loss. Does anyone have any input or ideas?

Wow....no input?

Anyway, I have verified that I can hotspot perfectly fine with several machines however not the one that I currently travel with which is really stumping me. Kind of crazy really. I may have to uninstall my wireless adapter drivers and install fresh again to see if that corrects the issue.

Beats me why you're having this issue... let us know what works and what doesn't. Thanks!

I have tested on 4 Windows 7 machines (HP, Lenovo, and Asus) both 32 and 64 bit, a Samsung S4, an Asus TF700 tablet, and and an iPad and they all connect successfully. My Dell with Windows 8.1 is the one being stubborn. Just really odd.

I would upgrade the Dell to Windows 10. It's a much improved OS and the upgrade might solve the problem.
