Hotspot will not connect

Hi, I'm RENE'

I have a MID Model M29b NEW AND TRYING TO CONNECT WITH MY SPRINT HOTSPOT. mY HOTSPOT IS ACTIVE BECAUSE OTHERS CAN CONNECT BUT IT WILL NOT CONNECT WITH THIS MODEL TABLET. hAVE ANYONE HAD THIS TROUBLE AND WHAT DO i NEED TO DO ?
 
Hi RENE, Welcome to Android Forums. :)

One of the most common reasons why this happens is that something was entered incorrectly when you set up the connection. Go to menu>settings>wireless networks and long press the listing for the Sprint Hotspot until the menu pops up. Select "forget" and then try setting it up again. When you are entering passwords, remember that passwords are case-sensitive.
 
Thanks for quick response...well im in settings and and wireless internet but i turn wi-fi from off to on...my iphone doesn't show up on this list
