For less than &100 USD it looks like a good phone.

I'm not in the budget phone market so I don't think I'll ever get to use one, at that price I doubt it will get a Android 7.0 upgrade. Budget phones are usually sold "as is" so to speak.

As this is a budget device sold cheap online and shipped from Hong Kong, so good luck.

@Milkedt, I did not know that Hotwav Cosmos V9 smart phone is made in Hong Kong, as you say, however the package box is written made in China.

Don't get those off brand phones.
Sure you might end up with a good one, but they're more of a risky buy compared to the quality name brands. If you don't have the money for one save up for a little longer.

On the packaging box of this phone (Hotwav Cosmos V9) the features are written correctly as you stated above, but I doubt if truly the phone is 32GB, ROM, Coz when you connect to PC via USB cable it displays ROM as 12GB on the PC, I am asking can manufacturers lie on specs of what they sell?
Well the phone was actually made in mainland China, Shenzhen, but these things are often shipped from HK SAR because it's usually easier and cheaper.
Given that Hotwav are very much an unknown manufacturer or trading company selling cheap online, don't expect much in the way of support and service, apart from what you might find on their own community forum or Facebook group. Any actual problems that require warranty service, you'll need to ship it back to HK or Shenzhen on your dime, and wait.
