How 2 Stop App From Starting?

I have an app on my phone 'AP News' that has a radio button. How do I stop it from auto starting every time I put bluetooth on in the car. It's very annoying. If my phone has Bluetooth on soon as I start the car this radio news feed starts automatically.

Go into your Bluetooth settings, connection preferences, find it in there to setup how the app connects to Bluetooth...

Can't find anything to change that relates
