Help How can I adjust the razr data

When the razr reaches full charge, receives/sends a text, and calls data drops on 3g. Could someone tell me a way to change that. I had a pantech breakout on 3g and had constant 3g. I figure that it disabling on full charge is software.

iam sure that will happen in 2g ...but does it happen in 3g ? are u sure you have not give automatic selection and your phone has automatically put it on 2g?
