Help How can I backup (not just save) snapchat conversations?

I'm changing to a new phone, but I really don't want to lose one of my snapchat concersations. I have it saved in the app on the old phone, but I need some way of saving it, so I don't need to keep that phone around. In short, I need help permanently saving one of my snapchat conversations.

Please help!
