Help HOw can I browse to an mp3 file for ringtone?

Normally, when I go to setting > sound > phone rington, I get prompted for a few options, in case I want to browse to my own mp3. I accidentally clicked open always the default android browser for audio files, and no longer get prompted. Is there a way to change that back?

Install Default App Manager. Slide to the All Defaults panel. Clear the one you chose.

You can also:

Settings > Apps > (find the default app you accidentally set as the default and open it) > Clear Defaults

This works for anything. In this case, when you go to open an mp3 next time, it will prompt you as before with all available apps for an mp3
