Apps How can i develop android app with wordpress?

Hello developers,

I am currently running a website with wordpress software. I have already developed it in responsive system but i would like to develop an android app for this website to reach more android users.

I had searched in Internet for understanding how to connect my app with wordpress. Lot of people simply suggesting app plugins but i don't want to use any plugin for this and intersted to develop it in my pure coding.

I have Android Studio to develop it.

How can i get data show data in my app from my wordpress CMS?

Ok, i understood that i need to integrate REST API in my android app to allow my app to get the data from my wordpress powered website. Is this correct?
