how can i find the lost saved contacts in android phone

I have more than 300 contacts in my micromax android phone but yesterday when i see my phone suddenly i saw that no contacts was shown in my mobile contacts, how can i find all my contacts?

Look at Google Contacts It they're there, just make sure your phone has the right email address (the gmail one), make sure "sync contacts" is checked and the phone will sync all the contacts.

If they're not there, and you never backed them up, they're probably gone.
