I am using proline tablet M7853 GDC and it just died while in charger. What may be the problem?

Unfortunately, many things. It sounds like it may be a hardware failure, in which case repair or replace are your options.
However, first try to get a response. I assume you can't remove the battery, so what happens if you press and hold the power button for 10-20 seconds? Does the device have a reset button (usually a little hole you poke something into - make sure it is a reset button rather than a microphone though, so don't poke any hole you see on the off chance!). Those are the 2 things that come to mind. If you can remove the battery, try that for a minute or so.
If by dead you mean powered off an unresponsive then unless you can get some life there is nothing other than repair available.
