How can I play movies on my note 2 on my xbox 360?

I used to be able to simply play it via usb to my 360. After my last update, it doesn't recognize movie files. Only music and pictures are found but not movies.

cant you just put the files on a usb stick on the xbox, or stream them from pc to xbox ?? i just stream straight to my tv now though
