How can I record my voice messages to PC?

Okay I checked the suggested threads but that did not really help me.

I would like to transfer a voicemail containing a statement that helps me prove a company employee agrees that an item I have is not right and not as they describe. The problem is my voicemail is only saved for another 3 days before it gets wiped and I lose the verbal proof. I know the company will try to say that they did not say what the employee did say!

I am using Orange PAYG and some apps that I did find did not work with PAYG.

Anyone know of a simple way to do this?

Regards
Alan.

You can get apps that record your phonecalls, so that might work? I just googled 'record android call app' and it looks like there's loads to choose from.

Thanks for the reply, yes there are lots that record a conversation but many do not appear to record a voice message, seems odd to me! One I did find did not work with PAYG and another not with Orange, others had more bad reviews than good so in the end I found an old microphone, plugged it into the PC, then used loudspeaker on the phone to record the message using 'Audacity' which is a free program. It did the job perfectly and I can edit the recording to just the companies verbal.

Anyone else wants to do it here is the Cnet link:
