How can i remove knox enrollment services?

Help, I recently updated my Samsung Galaxy S7 to 8.0 oreo but when i i boeted it up knox enrollment services came up and i cant uninstall or force stop, i cant open any apps becuase of this "security policy" and i i cant use the home or recents button. Ive contacted samsung itself but they dont even know how to fix it.

Maybe try a factory reset?

This is not something I've heard of before but
FWIW I've got an S7 that was updated to Android 8, and that had no problem.

Is this a work phone or you own personal phone? KME-enabled phones are more of a business setup than on regular consumer phones.

I'm in this same dilemma. has anybody been able to resolve this prob? I have a Samsung S7 and did a factory reset. exactly the same as the above mentioned concern. Now, I can't even use my phone. AT&T nor Samsung is able to help me.

so you can't use it unless you sign up? have you tried to sign up for it?
