Root how can i root galaxy pocket neo s5310

Hello, i want to root my phone samsung galaxy pocket neo s5310. I have tried a program called One Click Root but it doesnt work with my phone although the author says it works with many phones (even my model).

Any one with some knowledge, please share it!
