Apps How can i sends calls directly to voicemail in android programmatically?

Hi all,

I want to make an little app and in my app first, i will disconnect the incoming call then i want set the voicemail to that number so how can i do this programmatically
Please help me out..........
have u any code example then plz suggest me and sorry for my poor english
