How can I set ringtone for individual contacts in my Dell Streak? I am using 2.1

Help How can I set up mp3 ringtone for individual contacts for Dell Streak

From your contact list select the contact you want to have change the ring tone.
Then with the selected contact displayed press the menu button and select options.
Under option there should be a ringtone. Tough that one.
Then a Complete action using "Android System" or "Select Music" (NOTE: Make sure you DO NOT select "use by default for this action" at the bottom or you will lose the ability to go from system sound to music and visa versa).
Select music and you will get a list of all your mp3 files.
(I'm using 2.2 so your mileage may vary
)

And if you want a deeper level of control; own mp3s for SMS arrivals and systems sounds, etc, try a programme called "Ringo Lite", free on the Market.
