Help How can I stop updates?

I love my DRM, but I'm so tired of getting so many damn updates. I don't have tons of apps installed. In fact, I deleted a bunch of them today just because when programs update, the thing slows to a crawl. I can't even open a single app because the thing is non-responsive. The other day, I'm ready to pay my check at a restaurant and wanted to use my Tip App, but the thing just took forever to open. Why? I don't know but there were 2-3 apps updating in the background.

I realize updates needs to happen by WHY EVERY OTHER MONTH? Do I really need Yelp to update? Really?

Any suggestions? I've tried doing a soft reset. It doesn 't do it consistently.....only when I need to use it the most is when it happens.

Go to the Play Store> settings> uncheck auto update apps.

If you don't want the updates, then uninstall the freaking app. 90 percent of the time there a reason it's updating..
