Help How can I transfer my backup from google onto this Vivid?!

My contacts and all have been saved from a previous backup from my old phone before I upgraded to this HTV Vivid. Now how to get it from my google account back onto my new phone? help!? :D

go to Settings/Accounts and Sync/add account

once account is added make sure you are syncing contacts

Go to the "People" Client. Tap the "Phonebook" Dropdown arrow. tap "Google" dropdown arrow. Tap Checkbox for "Ungrouped Contacts"
