Apps How Create a custome View with own Click events

Hello guys,
I am new in android and i am trying to convert my html design layout to android layout
here my two snap so i hope you understand and how i start so please guide me
my first screen will be like
In attached pngs first is Home page that's has a menu option in top when i click on menu icon its how a menu like menu.png from top to bottom not left to right and every menu option has click events
so how i start so please give me first step to work

In your MainActivity Start off by making a DrawerLayout with a RecyclerView or ListView
