How debug a Android project (Eclipse) on Asus TF101?

I ordered an Asus EEE Pad TF101 tablet to run Android application.

What are the instructions to connect the tablet to PC?
:dontknow: I just need to install the driver found on the ASUS site or the plugin on Eclipse is enough?
