Help How do I activate an old phone that was my sister that I do not have code for??

1st, I would do a full Factory Data wipe/reset....
that will clear it of any unlock codes.
2nd, call your carrier provider and answer their questions as to how to get it turned ON for your account.
that should be all you need.
this all "assumes" that she has paid her account in full, and her carrier has released it for service. If they have not, the IMEI will be blocked and you can't use it.
If though, she has just upgraded from that phone to a newer phone, you have nothing to worry about.
