How do I add items to folder in ADW?

I'm using ADW with CM7. I'd like to simplify my desktop by creating folders on the home screen (i.e. games, banking, etc). I'm long pressing, then create a new folder. It makes a folder on the screen, but I can't seem to add any apps to it. It just has an option to change the icon.

Any ideas?

Not sure, but see if you can drag and drop an app in the folder or long press the app and see what options you have.
