How do I add my own voicemail message to a Huawei G7500 (I've lost the instruction booklet). Thanks
 
Voicemail is based on the carrier, not the phone. Just call your voicemail from the phone and listen to the prompts. You may have to go deep (other options prompt) to get to setting the outgoing message.
