How do I change my contact pic back after someone Elses info accidentally got on my card?

I just want to know how I change my pic on my contact card man. My sister used my phone to log in to her face book page and all of a sudden her fb pic was my text pic and i tapped that pic and part of my info and part of her info came up under the contact details. Help!!
