How do I change theme on X10?

Any tutorials, I know you can download them from the android store and on here and other various sites. But how do you change or apply them? Noob friendly guide please ;D
 
(I'm new to android) I think you have to download pandahome (free). Pandahome is a home replacement which allows you to customize your home screen. So search pandahome in market, Download it then install. Once you have it download pandahome themes (.apt) to your sd card directory and the click on add theme in pandahome preferences. Voila
