Help How do I change what appears on the settings/notification panel?

Hello,
I have recently bought a phone with Android 5. On my previous Android 4 phone, I could easily change the things that appeared on the pull-down settings panel - stuff like Bluetooth on/off, wifi, screen rotation etc. But I cannot find how to do this on Android 5. I've tried dragging, long-pressing, clicking the settings cog, but cannot edit these things. I'm sure Android 4 had a pencil icon for editing which icons show.

I have the CyanogenMod installed, if that makes any difference.

Any suggestions, anyone?

Thanks in advance,

It's been years since I used CyanogenMod, so I'm afraid I don't recall offhand (and the image isn't showing for me). I'd guess it would be somewhere in the CM settings (if there is no edit button when the pulldown is visible, the other editing mechanism I've met), but can't say for sure.

Image is showing up here fwiw

Maybe you could find help at http://forum.cyanogenmod.org/
