How do I change Windows popup name?

How to change 'Wee Chien Chen' to other name from the popup after I connect Note 3 to my computer? Here's the screenshot:

The name definitely sounds Chinese to me. Was it like that when you first got the phone? Is it a real Samsung you've got there and not a Chinese knock-off Note 3?

You can change it in Settings>General>About Device under Device Name (original Jellybean)
