How do I clear or change the suggested share options?

I am running Android v9 on a Samsung Note 8. When I try and share something from my gallery, this screen pops up. How do I get change the 2nd section with the contacts? 3 of them arent even in my contacts and I cant find where these suggestions are pulling from. Thanks.

try clear your gallery app cache and its data.

what app are you using for your photos?

Thank you, I tried that but it didnt work, the same 4 suggestions are still there. Im using the stock Gallery app.
