Help How do I clear the "New Voicemal" message?

When the screen comes back to life, we get the "New Voicemail" message and the number to call.

We have set up our VM boxes, etc but cannot clear this message off the screen. Anyone have a clue?

What works for me is deleting the message, if that doesn't work and a restart doesn't work you might want to call tmo there might be a notification glitch they can help you with.

I had this issue once.
To clear it I dragged down the notification screen and selected clear notifications.

I had this same problem I tried eveything from restarting the phone to deleting all of my voice mails. It lasted for a week an half then went away by itself and hasnt happened since. Not much help I know but theres hope lol.

Call the voicemail, press 7 to delete the message, do this for all the messages, hang up. The notification should go away.
