Help How do i connect to PC?

Hi,

I am using a Samsung Galaxy I5801 i.e. Galaxy 3. I am unable to connect to PC via Kies either on a XP machine or on a Win 7 machine.

Galaxy 3 uses Android 2.1
XP machine has SP3
And Win7 is a 64-bit version.

Please help. Its driving me mad

It's not just you, it's VERY common for this to fail.
