If I understood the question correctly...
Not sure what format yahoo answers uses to post pics, but you would have to manually type the code and insert the link to the picture. Something like
Or if you're using a photo host like flickr or photobucket where they display the code for you, just long press using the browser and it should bring up the option to copy/paste text. Then long press in the field on yahoo answers and hit paste.

To get the URL easily, long press on the image and "view image". Then you can long press the URL and copy.
