How do I copy the wallpaper photo on my phone to my PC?

I'm using a Pixel 6a with Android 13, but also have it on my old Moto G Power with Android 10.
 
Google photos. If you use it on your phone you can access it on your pc by opening your browser and going to photos.google.com
No transfer or cables, wires, needed.

where did you get the photo? app? your own? a photo is just a file on your phone. usually in the format of a jpeg. it is usually found in your dcim folder that is either on your phone or if you have an sd card, it could be found there.
 
I get Bing daily photos on the lockscreen of my secondary phone with a 720p LCD screen, and they look terrific on it.

I think I get the same photo on my Win PC desktop, and you can advance them forward or back a few shots and click on the B icon for photo information or location.

Just in case you allowed Bing (Microsoft search) to do your screensavers on your phone.
