how do I delete the TwLauncher?

I can't get the message: the application TwLauncher has stopped unexpectedly off my galaxy epic 4g.what do I do?
 
TwLauncher is essentially your home screen ui. You can replace it if you want with one from the Google Play store. There really is a lot of them. To physically delete it, you would need to have root since it is a system app. But I don't recommend doing that because without a second launcher to replace it with, it will literally make your phone unusable until you flash a factory image.
