how do i delete this?

Hello and welcome to the forums! :D

I don't have your device so I can't speculate on device specific issues, but to safely unmount your device simply change it back to charge only mode on the phone.

thanks for reply,
when i connect it, it says - "connected as media device" in the top bar and when i click on that it says either - connect as media device (mtp) (which is what its on) or camea (ptp), there is no option for charge only.
 
Sorry, it appears there are more device differences between our phones than I thought. :confused:

Give it time and someone else will be along to help
