How do I disable notification window?

Look at this image:~

After installing juicedefender and other 1 app, this problem started.
Earlier, I used to get such windows only when I call someone and end it and this windows appears telling me how much I spent on the call blah blah.
But now, after every internet session this window pops up, if I pick up my mobile after 20 minutes there are like 5-10 windows and I have to again and again click on OK, it's ANNOYING!
How do I turn it off but at the same time let the windows pop up after every call?

A new kind of "AirPush" spam?

As pre-caution I would install 'Addons Detector' and let it do an analyse scan of my apps on the phone.
After the scan I set the filter at 'Push Notifications' for a better overview.
