how do i use the internet off my droid for my laptop? i use to be able to do it on my moto q somehow. i dont have to root the phone or anything cause i am not about to get into that mess...

PDAnet allows you to tether via your USB cable. You need to install the app on your DROID, as well as the software on your PC. Pretty straight forward.

free version of pda net does not allow https access, so be aware of that. also, like messenger13 stated, you MUST install the drivers on your mac/pc in addition to installing the app on your droid.
