How do i downgrade

okay, im not bricked i just want to rollback to GB so i can install cm10 and cwm. being that im not bricked and i am rooted, so are there easier ways to downgrade without the whole unbrick process?

No, you till have to go through the whole unbrick process.

The whole unbrick process is requires, it's the only way to downgrade due to the fact you're flashing an entire new OS on. If CWM worked properly on ICS this may be easier, but it doesn't so unbrick process.
