How do I enable "Articles for you"

I inadvertently turned off "Articles for you" and I want to turn them back on, but I can't see where to do it.

I tried chrome://flags/#enable-ntp-remote-suggestions, but there is nothing on the homepage when I relaunch.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

That setting is in the Google app, not within Chrome....

But where exactly? I can see where I can select the topics, but not where I can turn display of them on or off.

it is actually a chrome browser flag as suggested in the op

i was able to enable it on my chrome app using my note 8. i was able to go to chrome://flags
i did a search for ##enable-ntp-remote-suggestions and was able to enable it. it was originally set as default. there was a re-launch button.....did you do that?

I'd previously set it to "Enabled" but I went back and changed it to "Enabled via content suggestion (backed by Google Now) and it's solved the problem.
