Unless the phone is rooted I'm sure you cannot find them (assuming these are passwords that apps/browsers have stored for you). Having said that, it would be irresponsible for anyone to publish a method of finding passwords hidden in a phone on a public forum. There are many stolen phones out there and not all are locked! I suggest trying to contact the support services of your service provider but don't know how far you will get...
In future its best to use a secure service/app such as keepass to store valuable passwords. Then you can always get them back.
