Hi
I'm guessing that you want to disable the lock screen secure methods. Assuming that you have the code to unlock the screen, the reason may be that you have probably got a vpn account installed on the phone. You cannot set a swipe unlock with a vpn set up. So, go to system settings, more settings, vpn (or similar - depends on what phone you have) and remove the vpn account.

If not vpn, it will be something similar

Somewhere along the way, you answered a question that requires a Secure Lockscreen.

any number of apps could have done that for you. The real stickler is, when you answered such a question, did you think to write down the PinCode that you chose at that particular time?

I always try to make them easy to remember... ie, the same as my bank Debit Card which no one but me knows anyway.

If you can't figure out what that Pincode is so you can "unlock it", you are going to have to do a FDR and start all over.

Try

Settings->Lock screen and security->Other security settings->Clear credentials (remove all certificates) ... are you sure? Yes
