How do I fully move apps to SD card

Hello! I have searched the Web and moved the Android folder etc. Containing the apps to my sd. But it always asks me to reinstall the extra content, and also doesn't free up any of the space on the main storage. How can I set the sd as my primary storage, or at least so the apps folder location is set to the sd. Am I missing some files hidden in other places?

I have a Samsung galaxy 10.5

It's up to the individual app developer if you can move it to SD. If you can, you go to settings/applications and tap the app. If it can move, there will be a "Move to SD" button. Other apps that download a lot of data may also have a setting within them to use the SD for downloads. For example I have a cloud photo app that I can set to use the SD for its offline cache.
