ok so i have the droid 3. i just rooted it and now i want a new rom so i watched a few videos on youtube and the simplest method i found was this guy just backed up the setting and apps then using rom manager downloaded a rom and installed it all with rom manager... the problem is after i download flash clockworkmod recovery and then go to download rom there are no roms.... and i have premium so whats going on i restarted the phone and launcher too..

ROM Manager for the D3, IMO, causes way more headaches than it solves. I would suggest removing the version of ClockWork it installed and installed Hashcode's SafeStrap. This protects your phone from bad flashes and renders it nearly impossible to brick with a bad flash, unlike ClockWorkMod.

The generally accepted method of flashing a ROM is to download it (either on the phone or computer VIA WIFI!) and place it on the SD card. From here, you can boot into SafeStrap or BootStrap (if you insist), and flash from the SD card. Sorry, but to me, ROM Manager Premium isn't worth the money for the D3.

I believe that the reason that there are no roms in ROM Manager is that the Droid 3 is not a supported CyanogenMod platform.
