Help How do I get HSDPA network on my htc droid incredible 4g lte phone?

Hello all,

I have problem that some of you might have an answer to. I am trying to get HSDPA (H bar on the bar signal) to work on my phone. I am currently working on edge right now. My carrier is AT&T.

My brother has an Sony Ericsson Xperia mini pro (unbranded and unlocked) and has AT&T service and he was able to get HSDPA on his phone. I have no idea how he got it nor does he know himself.

What app or APN settings do I need to configure in order to get HSDPA (4G)?> I've heard about the thunderbolt app but does that work with this phone? I also tried to copy my brothers APN settings but no luck. Some help would be greatly appreciated!!

My preferred network is set to GSM/ UMTS mode > GSM only
Now I know that gsm is only capable of using edge only but what changes do I need to make?

I cna only select these from my preferred network settings:

Global
LTE / CDMA
GSM / UTMS

I can only get a signal when I choose GSM only

You can't get HSPA (i assume that's what you meant), as far as I know.

I take it back. Apparently the Inc4G is HSPA compatible. I did not think it was.

That said, I have no idea what to tell you about getting it to work.
