How do I get my apps back that I paid for?

I just did a factory reset and when i go to google play to re download my apps they still say installed even though they are not installed on my phone anymore.

any suggestions on how to reinstall my apps?

ok this is what happened, I have to re download my apps from my phone and now it works

for some reason though when I go to the internet to download them from the google play website it says I have them already installed even though I do not.

Just for in the future, it will always say that when you do a factory reset because you never "un installed" the app. You can still click on "installed" and resend it to your phone again.

I actually did click on installed first and it still said I already have it installed on my device and wouldnt let me download, thx for info
