It won't let me delete it, only disable it. I turn off all notification and turn off everything but when I go into My Files, the pop-up is always there.

Update: I have disabled every Microsoft product on my phone, I hope that works,

if you can't delete it then it is a system app and is part of the bloatware samsung sometimes will include.
