Help How do I get rid of this?

I have an HTC Desire HD that I got around may last year and it hasn't been fantastic. The worst part of it being that recently it has started making a navigation program pop up constantly. Whenever I plug in my phone (which has to be quite often with the battery life) a navigation program will randomly pop up on my screen without any warning and no matter how many times I hit exit when it pops up. I can't use any sort of task killing program to get rid of whatever is causing it to pop up either because it doesn't show up. This program pops up around every 10 seconds and sometimes more than that when it is plugged in which is very annoying because it takes a large amount of time to do anything because it pops up so frequently. I would really like to know if I can fix this problem and if so how I can do it.

You might a better answer here. http://androidforums.com/htc-desire-hd/

But it sounds like the nav app is set up as the preference when you plug it in. You need to go into settings apps and find the navigation app. When you click on it there should be a spot called preferences or launch by default, you want to clear the settings there. Plug it in and see if that fixes it.
