Samsung android from boost mobile is not getting signal and I need to know how to get signal

You have one of three problems (in order of "badness"):
1) There's no Boost signal where you are. Nothing you cn do about that - you can't use your Boost phone there.
2) The phone is defective. Return it for a replacement.
3) The phone is in airplane mode. Settings/Wireless & networks. Turn airplane mode off.
